WHO IS BRAD GILMORE?
Brad Gilmore is a multifaceted writer, television host, and radio personality born and raised in Houston, Texas. Over the course of his career, Gilmore has lent his talents to several prestigious platforms, including CW39 and ESPN Radio. As the creator and host of The Collection, Brad conducts insightful interviews with leading figures from the worlds of film, television, music, and sports. Additionally, he serves as the Executive Producer and host of Back to the Future: The Podcast, an in-depth exploration of the iconic film franchise, along with more podcasts including Clue the movie podcast and more.
Brad is also the longest-tenured announcer for WWE Hall of Famer Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling, Texas’s premier wrestling promotion, and co-hosts the critically acclaimed The Hall of Fame with Booker T. As a member of the Critics Choice Association, Gilmore remains deeply connected to the film and television industries, frequently reviewing and discussing the latest releases.
Outside of broadcasting, Brad is an accomplished author, having published two best-selling books: Back from the Future: A Celebration of the Greatest Time Travel Story Ever Told and Bond, James Bond: Exploring the Shaken and Stirred History of Ian Fleming’s 007. Brad is also the founder of Gilmore Media, a content creation company where he develops screenplays, books, comics, and projects for film and television.
Gilmore’s creative endeavors extend beyond media and publishing. He is a founding member, MC, writer, and producer for the band Twenty Eleven, continuing his passion for music. Brad also has a deep love for comic books and is currently working on several screenplays and comic book projects that expand his storytelling portfolio.
An alumnus of the University of Houston, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Communication Studies, Brad also holds a Master's degree from the University of Alabama. On the personal side, he finds fulfillment in being married to the love of his life, Farah, whose constant support drives his career forward. Together, they share a passion for creativity and are collaborating on a series of children’s books, beginning with There’s Something Really Great About a Grandma.
